Look closely at the pictures. As a result there is some surface rust on some of the bearings. There are some scuffs and scratches on the case exterior from normal use. These came from a strong running 2008 YZ250F.

Up for sale is a used matching oem crankcase pair for a Yamaha YZ250F. No cracks, damage, or issues. These cases are in good working condition. Other than this the cases are in excellent structural condition.

For this reason I would recommend replacing all of the bearings and for sure the crank bearings. What you see is what you get. It appears that some coolant got into the cases and then the bike sat for a while.
