There are some other stamping on the inner cover - number 937 inside a rectangular box, just below date code stamping, and then 966 right GB27. The main case and both cover castings have numerous small nicks scratches, nothing that couldn't be sanded off easily enough prior to polishing, other than a chip in uppermost bushing boss immediately front of sprocket, as shown photos below, otherwise gearbox inner outer covers are great shape.

There are some other stamping on the inner cover - number 937 inside a rectangular box, just below date code stamping, and then right GB27, is another box stamping forward top face of cover, but I can't quite make out. Slotted inspection plug and oil level bolt are both heavily worn but also included, gear indicator nut missing tooth sprocket shows wear, should be replaced.

Mac Ajs or matchless Burman gb aka b52 4-speed transmission, mostly complete and in very good condition. Check my other listings for tons of vintage motorcycle treasures.
