In regards to mileage, this is virtually a new belt. Part number 4wm removed at 680 miles first service when we began the custom. It has been properly stored in the parts room since and is in excellent condition.

It will fit all Yamaha road star model's from the first year, 1999, through 2003, including the full dresser Silverado. New retail is, you can buy this one now for you are viewing a stock v belt which was removed from a 2002 road star as part of a custom project.
